Any item on the site is guaranteed by law against material or manufacturing defects. If the latter should present any defects, we will replace them free of charge and refund them 100% upon return received.

We will not accept returns if the goods have been marked with pens, cut, damaged or received more than 7 days from the date of receipt by the buyer.

A tolerance of +/- 5% may occur when selling by denomination.

The order will be processed within 24/48 hours, unless otherwise indicated and barring unforeseen circumstances not attributable to our will. Since we entrust your order to the courier, any delay will not be attributable to our will.

The Buyer is not exempt from the obligation to carry out tests and trials on the Products supplied by the Seller to determine if they are suitable for the processing and use for which they are intended.

If the courier is not notified that the delivery has anomalies, it will not be possible to make any dispute and/or request for reimbursement.
